Been reading about Grill Grates for several years on various websites including Meathead’s amazingribs.com. These are so simple looking they can’t be that good. Wrong. Very well made, fits just about any grill (perfect fit on my Weber Genesis and Kettle), and will give you an immediate improvement on anything you grill, either on direct or indirect zones. Makes adding smoke to anything grill session so easy-going just drop wood in the grate groves and you’re good to go. Flip the grates over for surface area searing. The grills self-season and only get better with use. I regret waiting but will be converting two of my other grills to Grill Grates.
