Only down side is the wait. I waited 3 weeks as that was the wait time according to grill grates, I then waited another 2 weeks before I called and they stated the grates would not be in for another 5 weeks. I co6not believe it as I already paid for them. A miracle happened and3 days after phone call I received them. Frustrated but happy They need do a little better with.cudtomer support.
