Slightly intimidated coming out of the gate. Did bison burgers for the family. Some hiccups with the tool using it to turn the burgers but you get the hang of it. The sear and flavor were upgrades from previous setup straight on BGE standard grill grate. But the next few dinners were when I really saw the benefits. Chicken breast and steaks cooked better than ever and they aren’t as delicate so flipping and turning was a breeze. Next time we are trying the reverse sear. Looking forward to a big ribeye hitting the high heat grill grates. Highly recommended
