5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

If a package is returned to us, we can reship it after the correct address is provided (additional shipping fees may apply).

ddgoodi.es is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We do our best to ensure every package arrives safely.
However, once the package is handed to the carrier, certain issues may occur.

If your package is:

  • Delayed beyond 15 business days
  • Marked as delivered but not received

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged item and box

9. Order Changes or Cancellation

You may request cancellation or modifications before your order ships.
Once the order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.
