Grill Grates are everything they say they are. Amazing. When I first inquired about sizes that would fit my Napoleon, this model (LEX485) wasn’t listed. I see they added it after my inquiry. That’s awesome! Pic is the first time I used them on Ahi tuna steaks. Based on Thermoworks IR gun, grates were around 900F.
