The Grill Grates did produce the best grilled chicken ever. The breasts were tender and cooked evenly. However, because of the design of the Q100 and these grates, they must be used on top of the original grate; they will not work to replace the original grate. So when placed on top of the original grate they tend to move around, especially the sections on the far right and far left. You can work with the movement while cooking, but it really hinders scraping/cleaning the grill afterwards. Brad here- once you cook a bit on them the hinges will firm up and no more sliding pieces. TIP on cleaning flip them over on your Q and run on low for 10 mins or so- will ash them off nicely.
