I ordered a set of these to fit my Weber 26″ kettle grill. I like to sear steaks pretty hard. Had a problem with flare ups when the grill was running that hot. Not with these grill grates. You can put some serious grill marks on a slab of meat with zero flare up’s. No more knocking down the flames with a spray bottle of water or ruining a fine piece of meat by charing it to death. I get perfect cross hatches now. Set them up and use them according to the instructions and you won’t go wrong. My grill temp at the top of grates runs 725-850 deg. Buying them for my kids too.
