When one is blocked with a build-up of grease, fat and food deposits pour 500ml of this product into it and leave for 20 minutes or so, overnight if the blockage is severe. To stop it happening again pour 250ml into the drain once or twice a week, it will emulsify the gunk, then a rinse with hot water will flush it away, leaving the drain free running and sweet smelling.
